Another Marathi Poem - Can't remember the title though
2:14:00 PMChala jau sarya jani, door pakharanchya raani
Aiku gauya manjul, raan pakharanchi gaani
Hasu khelu fula sange, gheu goad goad vaas
Todu naka matra koni, naka dukhavu jeevas
Ful pakharanshi khelu shiva shivi lapandav
Sapadata pusu tyanna kay apule ho naav
Man apule ramaya, maina daavil gauni
Tila sanguya aapan raja ranichi kahani
Hiravalivar padu tak launa aakashi
Ghalu ukhane majeche ivalyashya chimanyanshi
Hota sayankaal ghari yeu haluch parat
Theu dadavun sari goshta apuli jammat
Matra goshta aikayla aji bolavil jevha
Apanach ajila hi goshta navi sangu tevha

I love this poem.. We had this poem in school... I sometimes used to recite the first two paragraphs for myself while travelling in train.. Coz i only remembered the first two paragraphs.. Hence today i decided to Google it and i landed on your page... THANK U SO MUCH... IT MADE MY DAY...

ReplyDeleteThis is a marathi poem that i still sing. as my marathi teacher taught me in beautiful tuning...i had not remembered all the words of this poem, but thanks Google i got it and now i am just trying to play this with my guitar with the tune given to me by my teacher....even i just dont remember the name of my teacher, but madem this is the poem i still hum and it reminds me about you.. thanks mam and thanks google
