Gag bag

Ingredients:

1 ripe Avocado (should look dark brown from outside, and should be just pressable)
    Sugar to taste
    Cold Milk -400/ 500ml
    Whipped Cream (optional)
    Pistachio powder (optional)
    Mint leaf (optional)

Serves:

2 - A full glass of thick milkshake each

Procedure:

    1) Cut the avocado, get the flesh out and put it in a blender. Using a spoon to scoop the flesh is a good way to get everything out of it.
    2) Add sugar and milk.
    3) Blend till all the avocado flesh has blended with the milk
    4) Serve in a clean crystal glass adorning it with your favorites, or just drink it out of the blender :)
