Shrimp avocado salad/ side

Ingredients:
·
10-15 shrimps
·
3 avocados – ripe
·
Garlic – 4-5 cloves - chopped
·
Honey
·
Salt to taste
·
¼ onion - chopped
·
Red chilli flakes
·
Olive oil to cook
·
Mustard seeds
·
Mustard paste – ½ spoon
·
Mint leaves – 5-10 - chopped
·
Chiraunji seeds – 10-20
Preparation:
·
Chop the avocados finely, and put it in a bowl.
·
Chop onions, garlic, mint leaves. In a pan, take
some oil, add mustard seeds, add in garlic, onion to it and let the garlic and
onions turn brown
·
Add shrimps, salt, mint leaves, red chilli
flakes, salt, mustard paste, chiraunji and cover it and let it cook for 1-2
minutes.
·
Pour the mixture on top of the avocados, add
honey.
·
Mix and serve
