Baked vegetables with Garlic Bread

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- Half Cauliflower
- Peas - 3/4 cup
- Carrots - 2 or 3 - sliced
- Medium onion - chopped
- 8-10 cloves of garlic - chopped
- Pasta macaroni (the tube one)
- Cheese - grated (4 cheese, cheddar, pepper jack etc)
- Full cream - 1/3 cup
- Cinnamon - 2 sticks
- Cloves - 4-5
- Ginger - about an inch - grated
- Butter
- Salt
Method:
- Boil water, add a spoon of olive oil, a spoon of salt and add macaroni to it till it is cooked
- Steam peas, cauliflower florets, carrots in a pressure cooker so that they are soft and well cooked
- In a grinder, grind cloves, cinnamon, ginger with a little bit of water. Take the mixture and add a little bit of warm water to it and keep soaked
- In a pan, sauté the onions and garlic till reddish
- Add the steamed vegetables to it, and keep cooking till the whole mixture comes together
- Add cream and salt per taste, and keep cooking till the mixture starts to boil and explode
- Through a sieve, press the ground mixture into the pan so that the flavors mix with the vegetable mixture. Stir and cover
- Preheat an oven to 350F. Butter the pan to bake in
- Now create layers with macaroni, vegetables, cheese on top of each other. You can pinch in salt in between layers if necessary
- Create 3 such layers at least
- Bake for 20 mins.
- Mix in butter and chopped garlic, and spread on bread slices with cheese and bake alongside with
- Top with crushed chili peppers and enjoy your meal
