Ka ga radte aakash

We had this poem in the 7th or 8th standard (Maharashtra State board).
Don't recall all the lines, nor do I recall the poet. Here is all I can remember. I am penning this down, in the hope that I don't forget this too. If someone can help fill in the blanks, that would really be wonderful. I am sure I am missing a few lines (and a few stanzas too)

Ka ga radate aakash kaal sakalpasun
Dila disabhar tyala, tyachya aaine ka maar
Tujhyasarkhach ka ga tila raag yeto faar.
Tiche kevdhe ga mothe dole lakakata hote
Khausathich aakash kaal oradat hote.
Kiti radate bichaare aale angan he bharu
Saang aaila ga tyachya nako aakashala maaru.
